Emulsions Made of Oils from Seeds of GM Flax Protect V79 Cells against Oxidative Stress

The frequency of apoptosis (a) and necrosis (b) in V79 cell cultures exposed to oxidative stress (H₂O₂; 100 μM, 30 min, 40°C) after 48-hour incubation with the tested emulsions in three different concentrations (0.5%, 1%, and 5%). Control cultures (C) contained V79 cells incubated for 48 h without the tested emulsion and then exposed to H₂O₂. The results are presented as mean of 8 independent experiments ± SD.
