Resveratrol Enhances Autophagic Flux and Promotes Ox-LDL Degradation in HUVECs via Upregulation of SIRT1

Ox-LDL suppressed SIRT1 expression and impaired autophagic flux in HUVECs. Western blotting analysis showed that Ox-LDL decreased SIRT1, increased LC3-II, and increased p62 in a dose-dependent manner after Ox-LDL treatment of HUVECs for 12 h (a, b).
