Effects of ATR on mRNA expression of splenic HO-1 and Gpx1. Mice were exposed by daily oral gavage to ATR doses for 21 days. Tissues were harvested 24 hr after the final dosing. Data shown are representative of five independent experiments. In each independent experiment, RNA was extracted from one spleen of different mouse in each group.
