Nr2e1 silencing affects oxidative stress and antioxidant enzyme levels. (a) Comparison of intracellular levels of ROS between control (MIN6-shc) and Nr2e1 silenced (MIN6-sh2 and MIN6-sh3) cells. Cells were cultured in complete medium with or without 0.5 mM palmitate for 24 h and then the fluorescence intensity of DHE was measured using flow cytometry.
