Increased Oxidative Damage of RNA in Early-Stage Nephropathy in db/db Mice

<div>The HPLC–MS/MS determination of the concentrations of 8-oxodGuo and 8-oxoGuo in the kidneys of db/db mice. db/db represents BKS.Cg-Dock7<sup>m</sup> +/+ Lepr<sup>db</sup>/JNju mice, and db/m represents their lean littermates.
