Effect of microencapsulated mulberry fruit extract (MME) on memory impairment via Morris Water Maze test ((a) escape latency time, (b) retention time). Data are presented as mean ± SEM (/group). value < 0.05 and value < 0.01, compared to control rats which received normal diet and vehicle; value < 0.001, compared to normal rats which received HCHF diet and vehicle; and value < 0.05, value < 0.01, value < 0.001, compared to OVX rats which received HCHF and vehicle.
