Lipid droplets accumulation in response to adipogenic stimulation was confirmed by Oil Red O staining, and mineral depositions in osteogenic cultures were detected with Alizarin Red, while cartilage formation following chondrogenic differentiation was evaluated using Safranin O reagent.
