Asc/TETA suppresses tumorigenesis in mouse breast cancer model. MCF-7 cells were subcutaneously delivered into the hind leg of female nude mice. 14 days later, mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and given vehicle (0.01 M PBS); Asc (3 g/kg body weight); TETA (30 mg/kg body weight); Asc (3 g/kg body weight) plus TETA (30 mg/kg body weight), respectively, via intraperitoneal injection once a day.
