Effects of FMF on APAP-induced cell death-related gene expression. (a) Total cellular protein from liver tissues was extracted, and protein levels of CYP2E1, cleaved caspase-3/9, caspase-3/9, Bax, Bcl2, p-JNK, JNK, p-ERK, and ERK were determined by western blot.
