Effect of different steviol glycoside mixtures or insulin on the PI3K/Akt pathway in rat fibroblasts. (a) Rat cardiac fibroblasts treated with R97, R60, SG, or TRU (1 mg/mL) for 1 hour or with insulin (100 nM) for 30 min were lysed with RIPA buffer. Cell lysates were electrophoresed and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies, as described in the experimental procedure section. Actin detection was used as a load control. Immunoblots are representative of three independent experiments.
