Expression of CaSR proteins in PMNs. We used fMLP (10 nM) to stimulate the cells for 2 min, and the PMNs without fMLP served as the control. CaSR inhibitor NPS-2143 (100 nM), CaSR agonist cinacalcet (100 nM), and NF-κB inhibitor PDTC (100 nM) were added and incubated at 37°C for 30 min. Protein expression results were representative of three experiments. Expression protein was quantified by the gray value. ^# versus control group, versus fMLP group, versus fMLP + CIN group.
