The production of ROS and MPO in PMNs (). ROS were dyed with DHE probe at 1 : 100. And, the fluorescent intensity was viewed by fluorescence microscopy at the excitation wavelength 535 nm and emission wavelength 610 nm (a), and the ROS content was measured by a fluorescence microplate reader (b).
