Apoptosis of endplate chondrocytes can be exacerbated by H₂O₂ after the inhibition of autophagy. Apoptosis incidence of endplate chondrocytes was assessed by flow cytometry after treatment with H₂O, H₂O₂ (200 μM), bafilomycin A1 (Baf, 100 nM), H₂O₂, and Baf + H₂O₂ for 24 h ().
