Whole-cell and fluorescence imaging recording from cells untreated (a), treated with 500 μM dose (b), and treated with 2 mM dose of PAR (c). Voltage protocol (traces in the upper portion of panel A3 and B3) consisted of 500 ms depolarizations from −60 to +50 mV in 10 mV steps, starting from the holding potential of −70 mV. Whole-cell, voltage-clamped currents (noisy traces in the lower portion of panel A3 and B3) were low-pass filtered at 500 Hz.
