Sulforaphane Prevents Angiotensin II-Induced Testicular Cell Death via Activation of NRF2

ER stress, but not receptor cell death pathway, was involved in Ang II-induced testicular injury. ER stress was reflected by determining the protein levels of (a) CHOP, (b) caspase-12, (c) BIP, and (d) ATF4. Receptor cell death pathway was also evaluated by determining the protein levels of (e) TNF-α and (f) caspase-8.
