Effect of isoorientin on RAW 264.7 cells viability. The cells were incubated with or without isoorientin along with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 16 hrs and then the cell viability as measured by MTT assay was determined. The percent cell growth was calculated in comparison with untreated control cells. Data are mean ± SEM of three independent experiments ().
