Effect of isoorientin on translocation of NF-κB in LPS stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Nuclear extracts were prepared from controls or pretreated with different concentrations of isoorientin for 1 h and then induced with LPS for 1 h and analyzed for NF-κB translocation.
