Effects of HP1, HP2, and HP3 on H2O2-induced apoptosis in EA.hy926 cells as measured by flow cytometry. (a) Control group; (b) 200 μM H2O2 treatment group; (c–f) 1, 5, 10, and 20 μM HP3, respectively, followed by the treatment of 200 μM H2O2; (g-h) 10 μM HP2 and HP1, respectively, followed by the treatment of 200 μM H2O2. (i) HP3 decreased the percent of apoptotic cells induced by 200 μM H2O2 in a dose-dependent manner below 10 μM. (j) HP1, HP2, and HP3 protected EA.hy926 cells against H2O2-induced apoptosis. .
