Plasma DNA Mediate Autonomic Dysfunctions and White Matter Injuries in Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

Patients with PD had lower FA values in several anatomic locations, including the left middle cerebellar peduncle, midbrain, forceps minor of the right frontal lobe, inferior longitudinal fasciculus of the left occipital lobe, left cingulum, left parietal WM, inferior longitudinal fasciculus of the right parietal lobe, and superior longitudinal fasciculus of the left frontal lobe. Among these anatomical locations with lower FA, the statistical results of the left parietal WM, left middle cerebellar peduncle, and left cingulum could pass the multiple comparisons corrected by AlphaSim at and cluster size >1871.
