MitoTEMPO Prevents Oxalate Induced Injury in NRK-52E Cells via Inhibiting Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Modulating Oxidative Stress

Effects of oxalate and MitoTEMPO on NRK-52E cell viability (a, b, c). The viability of NRK-52E cells was assessed by performing a CCK-8 assay. (a) Cells were treated with MitoTEMPO in different concentrations (0–50 μM). (b) Cells were treated with potassium oxalate in different concentrations (0–1000 μM). (c) MitoTEMPO (10 μM, pretreatment for 1 hour) increased NRK-52E cell viability in the presence of oxalate (700 μM) at 24 and 48 hours. versus control; versus oxalate treated group (: MitoTEMPO).
