Western blot analysis of caspase-3 activation in J774.1 macrophages after stimulation with AGE-2 and AGE-3. The J774.1 macrophages were incubated with 20 μg/ml (a) and 100 μg/ml (b) of AGE-2, AGE-3, or BSA at 37°C for 12 and 24 hrs. Cleaved and uncleaved caspase-3 was detected by Western blotting.
