NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation-Mediated Pyroptosis Aggravates Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury in Diabetic Rats

<div>The ROS scavenger inhibited the activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes in H9C2 cells exposed to H/R injury. The expression levels of NLRP3 (a), ASC (b), procaspase-1 and caspase-1 (p10) (c), and IL-1<i>β</i> (d) were detected by Western blot.
