Effect of vialinin A on VEGF-induced migration in HUVEC. Growth-arrested HUVECs were pretreated with vialinin A (5 μM) followed by treatment with VEGF (10 ng/mL) for 18 h. Wound scratch assay to determine cell migration was performed as described in Materials and Methods.
