CaOx activated the ROS-mediated NF-κB pathway and expression of stone-related proteins. NRK-52E cells were induced by COM (1 mM) for 6 h with or without apocynin preincubation, and then NF-κB subunits (p50 and p65) (a) and expression of stone-related proteins (OPN, CD44, and MCP-1) (b) were detected by Western blotting.
