Losartan Ameliorates Calcium Oxalate-Induced Elevation of Stone-Related Proteins in Renal Tubular Cells by Inhibiting NADPH Oxidase and Oxidative Stress

<div>CaOx activated the ROS-mediated NF-<i>κ</i>B pathway and expression of stone-related proteins. NRK-52E cells were induced by COM (1 mM) for 6 h with or without apocynin preincubation, and then NF-<i>κ</i>B subunits (p50 and p65) (a) and expression of stone-related proteins (OPN, CD44, and MCP-1) (b) were detected by Western blotting.
