<i>Anacardium microcarpum</i> Promotes Neuroprotection Dependently of AKT and ERK Phosphorylation but Does Not Prevent Mitochondrial Damage by 6-OHDA

<div>Effects of <i>A. microcarpum</i> and 6-OHDA on the viability of cortical slices in the presence of LY (294002) inhibitors and PD (98059). Slices were incubated with AMMF in the presence or absence of 6-OHDA (500 <i>μ</i>M) and inhibitors for 2 h. The inhibitors were added 30 min prior to the addition of fraction and 6-OHDA and remained during all period of the treatment.
