Impact of glucose level and shared 48 h treatments (Table 2) in Caco-2 on lipid peroxidation (MDA level) , ROS , and superoxide formation and on MLH1 and DNMT1 gene expression. Data are displayed as ratio to normal glucose untreated control and grouped by normal and high glucose growing conditions. Differences between groups are statistically analyzed by two-way ANOVA on ratios except for gene expression, where analysis is based on ΔΔCT to normal glucose untreated control.
