A Positive Feedback Loop of Profilin-1 and RhoA/ROCK1 Promotes Endothelial Dysfunction and Oxidative Stress

<div>Profilin-1 aggravated cell damage and ROS production under AGEs. Stable overexpression of profilin-1 in HUVECs was treated with 50 <i>μ</i>g/ml AGEs for 24 h.
