Intravenous Anesthetic Protects Hepatocyte from Reactive Oxygen Species-Induced Cellular Apoptosis during Liver Transplantation <i>In Vivo</i>

<div>Hepatic inflammatory response after OALT. Proinflammatory cytokines TNF-<i>α</i> (a), IL-1<i>β</i> (b), and IL-6 (c) levels were measured by ELISA assay. Cytoplasm and nuclear NF-<i>κ</i>B p65 and TLR4 proteins were detected by Western blot (d).
