Growth Inhibition of a Novel Iron Chelator, DpdtC, against Hepatoma Carcinoma Cell Lines Partly Attributed to Ferritinophagy-Mediated Lysosomal ROS Generation

<div>A lysosomal ROS caused lipid peroxidation. The absorbance at 500 nm represents the peroxidative degree of lipid; clearly, DpdtC induced lipid peroxidation, but 3-MA could attenuate the oxidative effect, indicating that the lipid peroxidation was related to autophagy.
