Enhancing TFEB-Mediated Cellular Degradation Pathways by the mTORC1 Inhibitor Quercetin

<div>Induction of TFEB downstream genes by quercetin. Dose-dependent upregulation of TFEB in downstream genes in cultured ARPE-19 cells. Cells were treated with the indicated concentration of quercetin for 16 hr and analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR.
