Exposure of <i>Drosophila melanogaster</i> to Mancozeb Induces Oxidative Damage and Modulates Nrf2 and HSP70/83

<div>Cellular viability and caspase 3/7 and 9 activity in response to 15 days of MZ treatment. (a) Resazurin fluorescence, (b) caspase 9 and (c) caspase 3/7 were evaluated in flies exposed to MZ. All experiments are expressed in percentage in relation to the control and represent an average of three experiments performed in triplicate.
