The IL-6 secreted by tumor cells and CAFs through the ROS-mediated NF-κB signaling pathway can promote tumor metastasis, radioresistance, and CSC self-renewal. IL-6 promotes GC metastasis and CSC self-renewal through the classical IL-6R/gp130/STAT3 signaling pathway.
