(a) Viral titer measured in supernatants of A549 cells infected with PR8 virus (high or low m.o.i.), following incubation of the virus with 140 μg/ml HOP extract. Titer was determined 24 h p.i. by hemagglutinating assay and expressed as percentage of HAU compared to that from cells infected with untreated virus.
