Antiskin Inflammatory Activity of Black Ginger (Kaempferia parviflora) through Antioxidative Activity

Effect of Kaempferia parviflora extract (KPE) on the sUV-induced MAPK signaling pathway in mouse skin. 50 and 100 mg/kg b.w. of KPE were treated to the abdominal skin of female SKH-1 hairless mice for 1 h. Subsequently, 46 kJ/cm2 of sUV was exposed to the mice. The protein level was quantified using Western blot analysis. Data are representative of 3 independent experiments that gave similar results.
