Level of glutathione. SH-SY5Y cells cultivated at 21% and 5% O2, respectively, after treatment with Aβ peptide and/or X-ray irradiation compared to nontreated controls. Measurements were performed 6 h after incubation with Aβ peptide and/or 1 h after irradiation (a) and 24 h after incubation with Aβ peptide and/or 18 h after irradiation (2 Gy X-rays) (b), respectively.
