Tetrahydroxystilbene Glucoside Produces Neuroprotection against 6-OHDA-Induced Dopamine Neurotoxicity

<div>TSG attenuated 6-OHDA-induced microglial activation <i>in vivo</i>. Rat brain sections were immunostained by an anti-OX-42 antibody. Densitometry analysis of nigral OX-42-positive microglia was performed with ImageJ software. The “ellipse” presented the area of SN. Scale bar = 200 <i>μ</i>m.
