Tetrahydroxystilbene Glucoside Produces Neuroprotection against 6-OHDA-Induced Dopamine Neurotoxicity

<div>TSG protected DA neurons against 6-OHDA-induced neurotoxicity <i>in vitro</i>. 6-OHDA-induced DA neurotoxicity was quantified by TH-positive neuron counting through the immunocytochemical analysis. Representative images of immunostaining from three experiments were shown (a). Scale bar = 100 <i>μ</i>m. TH protein expression was determined by western blotting analysis. The ratio of densitometry values of TH with <i>β</i>-actin was assessed and normalized to each respective control group (b).
