Tetrahydroxystilbene Glucoside Produces Neuroprotection against 6-OHDA-Induced Dopamine Neurotoxicity

<div>TSG attenuated 6-OHDA-induced MAPK pathway activation. The protein expressions of p-ERK1/2, ERK1/2, p-p38, and p38 were investigated by western blotting analysis. The ratio of densitometry values of p-ERK1/2 and p-p38 with total ERK1/2 and p38 was analyzed and normalized to each respective control group.
