The protective effects of OA on MAO-A-induced toxicity are lost upon TFEB silencing. (a) Cardiomyocytes were silenced with scramble (SCR) or TFEB siRNA, and the level of TFEB mRNA was examined 48 h posttransfection by real time-RT-PCR. Results are normalized to GAPDH and expressed as a fold increase to SCR control siRNA ().
