Gefitinib Inhibits Bleomycin-Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis via Alleviating the Oxidative Damage in Mice

<div>HMGB1 and <i>α</i>-SMA were coexpressed in some interstitial cells. Immunofluorescence staining for high-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1) (green) and <i>α</i>-smooth muscle actin (<i>α</i>-SMA) (red) and nuclei staining with DAPI (blue) were performed in fibrotic lung tissues. Yellow fluorescence staining (merged) indicated that some interstitial cells positively costained with HMGB1 and <i>α</i>-SMA (magnification 400x).</div>
