Treatment with SI (0.25 g/kg, 0.5 g/kg, and 1.0 g/kg) and GS (0.05 g/kg) for 32 days in CFS mice; the levels of MDA and ROS and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum, liver, and muscle were detected.
