Knockdown of Nrf2 attenuated antioxidant enzyme expression induced by TBE and GA in LPS-stimulated macrophages. (a) RAW 264 cells were transfected with 60 nM Nrf2 siRNA or NC siRNA for 48 h. The mRNA levels of Nfe2l2 were detected by real-time RT-PCR. Data represent mean ± SD, ( compared to NS group). (b) After transfection of 60 nM Nrf2 siRNA or NC siRNA for 48 h, RAW 264 cells were pretreated with 400 μg/mL TBE or 46 μg/mL GA for 1 h, followed by treatment with 100 ng/mL LPS for 4 h.
