Fluorescence microscopy images show that the arginase inhibitor prevents the accumulation of ROS in C2C12 cells. C2C12 cells were treated with H₂O₂ (50 μM) in the presence or absence of ABH (100 μM) for 24 h. ROS production was detected by DHE staining.
