Effect of different concentrations of MET on the viability of rat RLE-6TN cells in the presence of PQ. The cells were pretreated with different concentrations of MET (1.25, 2.5, 5, and 10 mmol/L) for 2 hours and then treated with PQ (500 μmol/L) for 24 hours. Then, 10 μL of CCK-8 solution was added to each well for 2 hours. The data are the average of 6 replicate wells. , ; compared with the control group; compared with the PQ group.
