Metformin Activates the Protective Effects of the AMPK Pathway in Acute Lung Injury Caused by Paraquat Poisoning

<div>Effect of different concentrations of MET on the viability of rat RLE-6TN cells in the presence of PQ. The cells were pretreated with different concentrations of MET (1.25, 2.5, 5, and 10 mmol/L) for 2 hours and then treated with PQ (500 <i>μ</i>mol/L) for 24 hours. Then, 10 <i>μ</i>L of CCK-8 solution was added to each well for 2 hours.
