Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Properties of Anthocyanins Extracted from <i>Oryza sativa</i> L. in Primary Dermal Fibroblasts

<div>RT-qPCR analysis of the effects of ANT on H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced mRNA expression in RDFs at 10 h. (a) RDFs were treated with the indicated concentrations of ANT for 2 h, and then, the <i>COL1A2</i> mRNA levels were quantified. (b) RDFs were treated with the indicated concentrations of ANT for 2 h before the addition of 0.3 mM H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>. <i>COL1A2</i> mRNA levels were quantified. Effects of ANT pretreatment on H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>- or PMA-induced <i>NF-κB p50</i> (c) and (d) <i>p65</i> mRNA expression.
