Berberine Ameliorates Doxorubicin-Induced Cardiotoxicity via a SIRT1/p66Shc-Mediated Pathway

<div>Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) inhibition of p66shc protects against DOX-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in H9c2 cells. Expression of manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD), Bcl-xL, and cleaved caspase-3 proteins was measured by Western blotting using specific antibodies.
