<div>The AKT/Nox2 pathway mediates the role of CyPA in opposing hypoxia/reoxygenation-induced apoptosis, whereas inhibiting the AKT/Nox2 pathway partially abrogates CyPA-mediated protection under hypoxia/reoxygenation conditions.
