Physicochemical properties of GO and GO-NH2 nanoparticles assessed by X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). Nanoparticles were washed in buffer and after sonication were investigated by (a) X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS), (b) dynamic light scattering (DLS), and (c) zeta potential analysis.
