Cul4a can decrease the expression of PARP1. (a) Cul4a gradient overexpress with different amounts of plasmid in H9c2 cells, the expression of PARP1 decreased. (b) Knockdown Cul4a with control siRNA and Cul4a siRNA target sequence 1, 2, and 3, the expression of PARP1 with Cul4a siRNA target sequence 1 and 2 increased. α-Tubulin was used as a loading control.
