Detection of α-syn heterocomplexes with tau and Aβ in RBCs and brain samples. From SAMs, cell lysates of RBCs and brain tissues were immunoprecipitated with an anti-α-syn antibody and then immunoblotted with antibodies to α-syn ((a), i.e., input), Aβ (b), or tau (c).
